OrthoIllinois receives 2023 Press Ganey Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award® for Second Year
ROCKFORD, IL January 8, 2024 … OrthoIllinois today announced that Injury Express, its walk-in injury care service, has been named a 2023 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award® winner by Press Ganey, the global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services. This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience and the second year Injury Express has earned the recognition.
As a winner of the Press Ganey HX Guardian of Excellence Award®, OrthoIllinois’ Injury Express is in the top 5% of healthcare providers in delivering patient experience in the last year.
